session for 1-2 hours. It also involves an initiation, empowerment
exercise and creating a 'temple' of
healing.

chakras and heal them too -
A series of eight sessions : one for
each chakra and one to conclude- one session every week : 1 1/2
hours each. the last session can take longer.

periodically: a 2- hour session.
Group healing is very powerful,
and also creates a feeling of oneness.
Group meditation raises
the energy and awareness levels of each person. |
| Individual/ Private healing sessions |
| Rekha is
available for healing by appointment. Each session may last for 45
minutes to an hour, and she uses the type of healing best suited to
the needs of the
