Meditation helps us connect with our Inner Self and also calms the mind and brings the mind-body to a state of equilibrium. Regular meditation can bring tremendous changes to every aspect of our lives- better physical, mental and emotional health, balanced outlook in life, better relationships and a focus on life's purpose.
Here are a few meditation methods:

» Breathing and mantras

Breathing plays a very important part in calming the mind and bringing the focus within. Using a method of deep breathing along with mantras (which help in keeping a count) creates a very relaxed and energized state of being, clearing out the clutter in the mind.
» Chakras
The ‘chakras’ or energy centres in our body play a very important part in our well-being. If all the chakras are clear and healthy, without ‘blocks’, the result is good health, mental peace, happiness and abundance.
These special meditations are designed to heal and balance the chakras. If done along with Reiki or special seed mantras, they are even more effective

» Visualizations

Visualization is a powerful tool in self–healing and personal growth. It helps in reinforcing positive thinking, clearing out negative thought patterns, and re-programming the mind and body.
